Welcome To Acupuncture South
The aim of this site is to give you the relevant information you need to make an informed decision about having acupuncture treatment.
Kim Steer and Sue Miles studied Five Element Acupuncture together at SOFEA in London and have been studying and working in acupuncture since 2000.
Prior to training as acupuncturists, Sue and Kim worked together for a Harley Street surgeon. After completing their training they worked together at the Kite clinic, New Bond Street, until it closed in December 2010.
As well as running their respective practises in Kent and Sussex, Sue also works at the Zita West clinic, Baker Street London W1. Kim also practices at Harrods, Knightsbridge, London SW1

Professional Membership:
We are both members of the British Acupuncture Council, which means that we adhere to a nationally recognised code of ethics. These rules cover the use of sterile needles and hygiene procedures.
As members we are approved by the Department of Health and this ensures your protection against the transmission of infectious diseases.
We are also bound by a strict confidentiality code. Anything you tell us during your session is completely confidential and non-judgmental.
We continually build on our knowledge, practice and understanding of Five Element Acupuncture, both theoretical and practical, by attending regular advanced apprenticeship training days, as well as attending study days with Dr Judy Worsley and other masters of acupuncture. We have found that we never stop learning; our knowledge increases daily, as we learn from our patients, colleagues and tutors.
